Rob Maeyaert is a Director of Project Portfolio and Change Management at Victoria Fide Consulting. For more than 18 years he has worked to help companies implement complex technology solutions and drive their strategic business objectives. Rob has held roles leading and executing across the domains of project management, organizational change management, process improvement, and business operations and analysis. Rob has been involved in leading numerous complex enterprise projects with many integrations, customizations, and vendor teams.
