Tory Bjorklund has been involved in hundreds of implementations since 1987 — watching the same pattern repeat. Companies that struggled had skipped the hard work of preparation: defining what success truly meant, building the right team, and preparing the organization for real change before a single line of execution began.
Adele Graser arrived at the same conclusion through her own path. In 2008 she joined a company mid-implementation, watched a two-year ERP project fail, then spent the next four years on a successful implementation — learning firsthand what separates the two. She moved into consulting in 2014, spending the following years helping other companies navigate the same challenges she had lived through herself.
Why we started Victoria Fide
Consulting should be measured by the value it brings — not the hours it bills.
Tory had been a partner at a firm with a goal he believed in: revolutionizing the industry. That goal was quietly removed. Every decision became about revenue, often at the expense of the client. He left.
Adele didn't want to keep doing what every other implementation company was doing. She wanted to sit on the client's side of the table — genuinely invested in their success, not just their go-live date.
In 2021, they built something different. A process that starts with preparation. That defines success in the client's own words before work begins. That stays with the client through go-live and beyond, ensuring the benefits of the change can actually be sustained.
"Victoria Fide" is Latin for Success Assurance. We chose the name because it says exactly what we intend to deliver.
