SMART success criteria

Success is defined in writing — specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound — before work begins.

Agreed project management plan

A signed PMP covering scope, schedule, quality, risk, and change management governs the full engagement.

Process adherence

Your team follows the Victoria Fide Proven Process across all three phases: Prepare, Execute, and Sustain.

Milestone sign-offs

Quality Milestone Checklists are e-signed by the VF Engagement Manager and your Project Sponsor at each phase gate.

Transparency on what voids the guarantee: Skipping deliverables on Quality Milestone Checklists, non-conformance to the PMP that isn't corrected after escalation, or not completing the Sustain Phase will void the guarantee — and we'll notify you in writing before that happens.

Common questions

Real answers, no runaround

If agreed-upon success criteria aren't met within the defined timeframe and you followed the process, Victoria Fide will provide continued support at a reduced cost until those criteria are achieved. We stay invested until the job is done.

It's a documented commitment written into your Statement of Work — the success criteria, process requirements, and continuation terms are all in writing and signed by both parties. Not marketing copy.

Scope changes are expected. Any modifications to success criteria are captured in a change order, and the VF Engagement Manager will discuss with your Project Sponsor how changes affect the guarantee. Everything is documented and co-signed.

It depends on your SMART criteria. Some outcomes are realized at go-live; others take months post-launch. The timeline is agreed upon at the start — no ambiguity about when and how success is evaluated.

Go-live is a milestone, not the finish line. The Sustain Phase is a structured, process-driven follow-up (weeks to months post-live) that ensures user adoption, technology adoption, and business objectives are truly realized — not just deployed. Skipping it is one of the top reasons DX projects fail after go-live.
