Shana Loomis is a Senior Manager of Business Development with over 16 years of proven success in driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic partnerships across multiple industries, including aerospace, CPG, transportation, apparel, and digital marketing. In her current role, she leads integrated marketing and sales initiatives—spanning inbound and outbound strategy, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns—to expand market presence, strengthen client engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
In addition to her business development leadership, Shana served as Vice President of Sales for a Logistics Company, where she oversaw high-impact campaigns, developed sales structures, managed key client relationships, and spearheaded digital strategies that elevated brand visibility and ROI.
Earlier in her career, Shana sat on the Board of Directors for a chemical company and held key roles where she built and scaled supply chain teams, developed KPIs, implemented inventory systems, and trained cross-functional teams to navigate evolving market conditions. She is recognized for her ability to align business development with operational strategy, bridging sales, marketing, and supply chain functions to deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Outside of work, Shana is a dedicated Wife and mother, who enjoys family, baseball games, painting, cooking, traveling, and karaoke.
