Victoria Fide is a unique organization that truly works for the benefit of their client. We brought them into our implementation project to help with an area we had identified as a high-risk area. It didn’t take long for that area to become a low-risk area. We added scope to their role based on their excellent performance. One of the things we really liked about Victoria Fide is their ability to flex to our unique needs.  We’ve had particular success using them for Software and Solution Architecture.
