6. Liability Limitation:
   In no event shall the provider of the Document be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or modification of the Document.
7. Governing Law:
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Minnesota.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
   By downloading and using the Document, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
