Business Requirements & Current-State Input

Client Role

  • Participate in requirements workshops/interviews
  • Provide documentation (process flows, pain points, reports, integrations)
  • Validate drafted requirements

Your Team Commits

  • Business Process Owners (BPOs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) attend workshops (by functional area)
  • Review and sign off on requirements

Time Commitment

  • 2–4 hours per BPO/SME (varies by role)

Vendor Shortlisting & Market Input

Client Role

  • Validate shortlist criteria (industry fit, budget, deployment model, etc.)
  • Review and approve final vendor shortlist

Your Team Commits

  • Complete surveys within 24–48 hours
  • Participate in short debrief sessions

Time Commitment
